Adam is a Colorado native who grew up on the Western Slope. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and the University of Denver College of Law, where he was an editor and a published author in the Denver University Law Review and The Race to the Bottom, a blog focused on discussing corporate legal issues.

During law school, Adam was the recipient of several Academic Excellence Awards for outstanding academic achievement in legal writing and trial advocacy.

Adam was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 2008 and in Texas in 2018. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a top rated business litigation attorney and by Martindale-Hubbell for his high ethical standing. Adam is an elected member of the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Section Executive Council for the 2019-2022 term. During his time in practice, Adam has volunteered his time and legal experience to charitable organizations, including Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver, Mile High United Way, Metro Volunteer Lawyers, and the Faculty of Federal Advocates Pro Bono Program.

Before entering the legal profession, Adam worked in franchise compliance and development for a real estate franchise company and for a bank holding company. Adam’s real-world business experience and broad legal knowledge allows him to provide his clients with practical solutions to their legal issues. He believes in the value of building true partnerships built on transparency
and trust.
